Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Sales professional to oversee landscaping projects from initial client consultation through final completion. This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with hands-on project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with customers to assess needs and develop project proposals.
  • Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to installation.
  • Review project designs, estimates, and scope of work for accuracy.
  • Schedule projects upon approval and deposit.
  • Coordinate materials, timelines, and crew schedules.
  • Supervise and support crew leaders and field teams.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to plans.
  • Communicate regularly with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address challenges proactively and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform final walkthroughs with clients upon project completion.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans/designs.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Schedule:
  • Seasonal workload: busier March–November, slower December–February.
  • Work hours may range between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM depending on projects.
